<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for treating waste paper, which reduces a concentration adjustment part and achieves compacting of apparatus size and reduction in cost. <P>SOLUTION: In the method for treating waste paper in which a recycled raw material comprising waste paper 54 or finely cut paper pieces of the waste paper 54 is disintegrated by a recycled pulp part 51 to prepare recycled pulp, the recycled pulp is bleached by a deinked pulp part 52 to prepare deinked pulp, the deinked pulp is made into paper to prepare recycled paper 55 by a papermaking part 53, the pulp concentration of the recycled pulp prepared by the recycled pulp part 51 is adjusted to a set value of pulp concentration in a concentration range permissible in the deinking treatment by the deinked pulp part 52 and papermaking by the papermaking part 53 by a dilution part 60 of a concentration adjustment part before deinking and deinking treatment and papermaking are carried out in a pulp concentration in a concentration range of the set value of pulp concentration. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
