<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make several improvements over known diverter valves. <P>SOLUTION: The diverter valve includes: a valve body including a primary inlet, a primary outlet, a secondary inlet, and a secondary outlet; a stationary disk; a movable disk contacting with the stationary disc by rotation thereof; and a valve rod. The valve rod is operably connected to the movable disk so that a rotation of the valve rod rotates the movable disk with respect to the stationary disk. In addition, the movable disk can rotate between a plurality of positions including a first position where the primary inlet is in fluid communication with the primary outlet, and a second position where the secondary inlet is in fluid communication with the primary outlet. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
