PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display device mounting structure of saddle riding type vehicle, which suppresses the weight of a steering system with a structure having a display device between right and left handles. SOLUTION: A handle holding portion 161 for holding a handle upward extension part 25B is provided on each of outside ends of a pair of right and left clamper members 150 in the width direction.
