PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably assure the temporary fixing of an upper columnar body to a lower columnar body in a temporary connected state after the plumbing thereof is adjusted with a plumbing tool. SOLUTION: A frame body 1 extending in the vertical direction in which the upper and lower columnar bodies P1, P2 extend includes a bottom end side part 11 which is positioned on the lower columnar body P1 side and allows a lower erection piece E1 to be inserted therethrough, an upper end side part 12 which is positioned on the upper columnar body P2 side and allows an upper erection piece E2 to be inserted therethrough, a screw part 13 formed at the vertical center part, a nut body 2 screwed with the screw part 13 so as to be vertically moved, a contact member 3 carried on the nut body 2 so as to be vertically moved, a lower bolt body 4 which is screwed into the bottom end side part 11 and connects the lower erection piece E1 to the bottom end side part 11, and an upper bolt body 5 which is screwed with the upper end side part 12 and which holds the upper erection piece E2 with the contact member 3.
