PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid ejection head and a liquid ejection device capable of preventing damage or clogging of an ejected medium by collision of the ejected medium with a cover head. SOLUTION: The liquid ejection head includes a head body 12 having a nozzle opening 11 on a liquid droplet discharge surface discharging a liquid droplet on a recording sheet S, and the cover head 30. The cover head 30 has a frame part 20 defining an exposure opening part 24, and the frame part 20 is constituted by first to third frame forming parts 21-23 defining a part of the exposure opening part 24, and the first frame forming part 21 is positioned on the downstream side in a conveying direction to which the recording sheet S is conveyed. In the first frame forming part 21, an outer periphery 27 of a cross section in the conveying direction is semicircular, and an end surface 28 on the liquid droplet discharge surface 18 side of the first frame forming part 21 comes in contact with the liquid droplet discharge surface 18.
