PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a decorative sheet having scratch resistance and contamination resistance, and also a woody feeling (a feel like natural wood). SOLUTION: The decorative sheet having the woody feeling is formed by providing a grain design pattern layer and a transparent thermoplastic layer on a color thermoplastic resin base sheet at least in this order, and is provided with: recessed and projecting parts corresponding to the grain design pattern; and a surface protective layer comprising a thermosetting resin on the surface on which the recessed and projecting parts are formed. The average wavelength of the recessed and projecting parts is 400-600μm and the mean amplitude is 15-30μm. The surface protective layer contains 15-20 pts.wt. urethane resin beads having 10-25μm average particle diameter per 100 pts.wt. ultra violet curing type resin. COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
