PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small crusher exclusively used for a portable telephone which enables visually observing a state that a used portable telephone is destroyed and data and the like cannot be taken out, for promoting recovery of used portable telephones and for eliminating fear of leakage of personal information of a user. SOLUTION: The small crusher includes a roller for generating cracks in the portable telephone and catching the portable telephone while crushing it, a roller for catching the portable telephone while cutting it vertically, and a roller for finely cutting the portable telephone at random, and has a function which allows the crushed pieces to be observed with eyes from the front.
