<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an attachment lens device that is used by being inserted between a master lens having no wobbling function and a camera body, thereby making it attainable to boost up focusing speed, and an imaging apparatus using the same. <P>SOLUTION: The attachment lens device AL, 112 can be mounted between the master lens ML, 12 having a focusing lens group that moves in an optical axis direction for the purpose of focusing and the camera body 11 having an imaging device.
