PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that a leakage of liquid from pinholes of diaphragm member is difficult to be prevented without suppressing the declining of replacement efficiency and the deterioration of initial filling property and joining nature. SOLUTION: The diaphragm member 2 has a vibration area 2a forming a part of the wall surface of a liquid chamber 6 with which a nozzle 4 communicates and an island protrusion 12b joining with a driving piezoelectric element pillar 12A of a piezoelectric element member 12. The diaphragm member 2 has a three-layer structure which consists of the first layer 2A composed of a metal layer used as the surface by the side of piezoelectric element member 12, the second layer (intermediate layer) 2B formed on the first layer 2A and the third layer (bonding layer) 3C used as the surface layer of the liquid chamber side formed on the second layer 2B.
