PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide communication equipment and a communication method by which efficient communication is stably attained without interfering each other irrespective of the respective communication environments when the plurality of radio communication are simultaneously performed in radio communication equipment corresponding to a plurality of communication systems. SOLUTION: In the communication equipment which performs the radio communication by a plurality of different communication systems using one frequency band, a coordination control switching part dynamically switches coordination control between coordination control that a first radio communication part performs the radio communication except for time to be used for a radio communication part in a second system and coordination control that the radio communication of the second system is performed except for a frequency band to be used for the radio communication part in the first system on the basis of results of a communication state determination part.
