PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spare ejection receiver which enables blank ejection using a paper conveying system by a suction conveyance belt, and to provide a conveying device with the same, and an image forming apparatus or the like which can prevent the image disturbance of a paper front end or a rear part without the function of blank ejection operation damaged at holes formed at a belt in a conveyance belt as a recording medium carrier. SOLUTION: The spare ejection receiver 434 is contained in the conveying device which conveys sucking a recording medium from a plurality of holes of an endless belt which has the holes, having a belt 430 with a shielding part 432 extended in a direction orthogonal to a conveyance direction of the recording medium, and at least two rollers which suspend the belt.
