PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a curtain airbag device of a vehicle capable of stably deploying a curtain airbag body, without damaging a pillar trim, when inflating-deploying the curtain airbag body. SOLUTION: An A pillar 7 of a vehicle body and a roof side rail part 30 have the curtain airbag body 17 arranged along the longitudinal direction of the vehicle body in a state of being covered with an A pillar trim 41 and a roof trim 42 and folded up so as to be capable of deploying downward in a cabin. A twist part 17b of a twisted state is arranged so as to push-open the A pillar trim 41 to the cabin inside by making initial deploying force when inflating-deploying the curtain airbag body 17 positioned in the vicinity of the A pillar trim 41, act in the separating direction for separating the A pillar trim 41 from the A pillar 7, and at least its upper surface side is regulated by a support bracket 21 and arranged in the vehicle body.
