PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a skin disinfection composition having sufficient disinfection and moisturizing and a reduced skin-irritating feeling. SOLUTION: The skin disinfection composition includes (A) 0.1-1.6 mass% liquid horse oil, (B) 79-99 mass% alcoholic composition including isopropanol as an essential component (provided that the ratio of the isopropanol in the composition of the alcoholic composition (B) is 60 mass% or more), and (C) 1-20 mass% water (provided that the sum of the liquid horse oil (A), the alcoholic composition (B), and the water (C) is taken as 100 mass%).
