PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a door mirror for a vehicle which is eliminated a variation in a gap between a bottom wall of a housing and a pedestal portion of a door-mirror base. SOLUTION: In this door mirror 1 for the vehicle, even if distortion, contraction error or the like occurs in a lower housing 10 after molding, if a frame 7 and a shaft 4 are assembled rotatably with accuracy, since a lower end face 12a of a shaft container portion 12a provided on the frame 7 rotatably connected to the shaft 4 fixed to the pedestal portion 2b of the door-mirror base 2 is in contact with the peripheral edge portion P of an opening portion 11 on the inner face of the bottom wall 10a of the lower housing 10, the housing 8 can be fixed to the frame 7 without an error in the positional relationship between the peripheral edge portion P of the opening portion 11 of the lower housing 10 and the shaft 4.
