PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a continuous casting device which can obtain a cast rod of high quality by removing harmful inclusions in a molten metal, a cast rod using the same, and a method for producing the cast rod. SOLUTION: The continuous casting device 1 comprises: a holding furnace 3 to be stored with a molten metal M; a tundish 7 fed with the molten metal M stored in the holding furnace 3; and a molten metal feed tube 6 in which one edge part side is fitted to the holding furnace 3 and the other part side is fitted to the tundish 7, and feeds the molten metal M in the holding furnace 3 to the tundish 7, and an ingot is subjected to continuous casting from the molten metal M. The holding furnace 3, the tundish 7 and molten metal feed tube 6 form a molten metal passage 11 through which the molten metal M flows. The molten metal passage 11 has a filter F filtering the molten metal M in the molten metal passage 11.
