PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sample and hold circuit which solves a problem that variation in manufacturing and change in temperature cause the character variation and character change of a low-pass filter and that a circuit chip becomes large when a low frequency noise is removed. SOLUTION: The sample and hold circuit comprises a signal input terminal to have an external electric signal inputted thereto, a signal output terminal to output an internal electric signal, a first charge storage means connected to the signal input terminal so that the charge resulting from the external electric signal might be stored, a second charge storage means connecting to the first charge storage means and enabling distribution storage of the charge according to a capacity ratio to the first charge storage means, and a control means which exerts switching controls for storing the charge in the first charge storage means and outputting the distribution storage of the charge and the internal electric signal caused by this to the signal output terminal.
