PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hinge structure which is used for a long time while it is protected in a simple structure so that it supports a horizontal door provided for convenience in loading and unloading of a cargo onto and from a platform of a cargo truck, and also supports a rotatable member such as a caster stopper to prevent a cargo from falling out, and which improves loading and unloading operability, while having a cargo protection function. SOLUTION: Between a fixing member 3 and a tail gate 4 being a rotating member, an elastically deformable cover member 6 covering a hinge shaft 5 is equipped along the hinge shaft 5 in the longitudinal direction. The cover member 6 has: one end in a width direction fixed to the fixing member 3; and the other end fixed to the tail gate 4, and is arranged along the surfaces of the fixing member 3 and the tail gate 4 in its extending posture, while being arranged in a convex shape bent and formed with 2 cm or more protrusion d0 forward from the tail gate 4 in its standing posture.
