<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an indicator detection device easily and rapidly detecting the distance between an indicator and a detection surface, and a touch panel having the indicator detection device. <P>SOLUTION: The indicator detection device 1 includes a right imaging part 11R and a left imaging part 11L for imaging the surface of a display area 22 roughly parallel to the surface of the display area 22, and an indicator distance calculation part 15 for calculating the distance between the indicator and the surface of the display area 22 according to the position of the indicator in the image picked up by at least one of the right imaging part 11R and the left imaging part 11L. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
