PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a machine tool and a working fluid feeder, capable of lengthening a service life of a tool when a metal such as titanium alloy, nickel alloy and aluminum alloy is processed using an aqueous working fluid, and the working fluid.

SOLUTION: The machine tool 1 for machining a workpiece 2 by relatively moving a tool 18 and the workpiece 2 includes a homogenizer 15 for taking in water and oil and uniformly dispersing the oil in the water. The working fluid prepared by the homogenizer 15 is fed to a working region for machining the workpiece 2.
