PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide technology capable of relaxing influence of noise given to control object equipment by a simple constitution in a system for controlling the operation state of the intermittently operated control object equipment. SOLUTION: In the operation control system, when selection operation for flashing any one of right and left turn lamps 2R, 2L is input by a combination switch of a vehicle, a frequency signal corresponding to the selection operation is output from a signal emission part 13 to a signal conversion part 14 through a common control line 30. Further, the signal conversion part 14 makes an individual signal line corresponding to the input frequency signal of the two individual signal lines 31, 32 in the active state, and driver parts 7L, 7R flash the turn lamps 2L, 2R corresponding to the individual signal line in the active state. Here, a drive control part 15 temporarily stops operation of the turn lamps 2L, 2R during the time when the two input signal lines 16L, 16R (individual signal lines 31, 32) are also in the active state.
