PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid-state electrolytic capacitor that is manufactured at a low cost. SOLUTION: The solid-state electrolytic capacitor is constituted by sticking an insulating resin portion 1 and a prepreg 2 together, providing arbitrary openings for external terminals, sticking a metal foil such as a copper foil on the other surface of the prepreg, and connecting a substrate 12 having the etched metal foil, and a capacitor element 11 to each other.
