PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tape-pasting apparatus capable of readily replacing protective sheets. SOLUTION: A tape-pasting apparatus 10 to paste a conductive tape 36 onto a substrate 40, comprising a pasting head 48 for pressing the conductive tape 36 against the substrate 40; a supply reel 28 for supplying the conductive tape 36 on which a separator 34 is stacked; a plurality of rollers 32a to 32g for guiding the conductive tape 36 supplied from the supply reel 28 and feed the conductive tape 36 in a first direction b1, between the pasting head 48 and the substrate 40; a wind reel 30, provided coaxially with the supply reel 28 and around which the separator 34, after the conductive tape 36 is pasted to the substrate 40 is rewound; a protective sheet unit 22 for feeding the protective sheet for protecting the pasting head 48 in a second direction d1 crossing the first direction b1; and a base section 16, to and from which the protective sheet unit 22 is attached and removed.
