ELECTRONIC RECORDING CREDIT PROCESSING METHOD AND DEVICE THEREOF

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform batch factoring by using electronic recording credits recorded in a database of an electronic credits recording institution.

SOLUTION: Detail data specifying a credit that is subjected to batch factoring is received from a debtor's terminal. Respective party codes showing a creditor and the debtor are written in the claimant code of an occurrence record as a claim for the occurrence record by claims from both the creditor and the debtor with the purchase company in detail data as a creditor and with a payment company as a debtor. Respective party codes showing a factoring company and the creditor are written in the claimant code of an assignment record as a claim for an occurrence record by claims from both an assignee and an assigner with the factoring company in the detail data as an assignee and with the creditor as an assigner, and conversion is made into credit data in each individual credit included in the detail data. Occurrence recording and transfer recording of an electronic recording credit are simultaneously performed on the basis of the credit data.
