<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a video information display device that increases the degree of attention of passersby. <P>SOLUTION: A photographing device 100 and a display device 200 are provided on a moving route of passersby, and images of the passersby are displayed as a real-time video V1. A display object video V2 such as an advertising video is created by a display object video providing means 400A and is displayed by changing time periods of the video V1 and the video V2 by a video switching means 300A. The presence of a passerby is detected by a passerby detecting means 500A to control the switching time of the video switching means 300A. The display object video providing means 400A can create the display object video V2 in real time by using various material data, and can also create the display object video V2 by using a background image or an image of passersby as a material taken by the photographing device 100.
