PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for mounting an embroidery frame, maintaining a stable adsorbed state by nipping the back surface of a bonding member 22 adsorbed to a magnet 68 by an engaging piece 75 even on moving the embroidery frame 1 rapidly on a table, and not having an unexpected movement of the embroidery frame 1 so as to be able to anticipate a planned beautiful good quality embroidery pattern. SOLUTION: At a linking member 5 of the embroidery frame 1 mounted on a base frame B and actuated in the XY directions of the table as freely attachable and detachable, on one of the surfaces, a contacting surface 22b is provided in parallel to the surface 68a of the magnet 68, and on the other surface, a plate like contacting member 22 equipped with an engaging surface 22e for engaging with an engaging piece 75 of an engaging member 73 is provided, and on the one hand, at the base frame B, a plate like pushing-down piece 74 having elasticity and a plate like engaging piece 75 formed as a state of extending from the tip part of the pushing-down piece 74 in lower direction are provided and while adsorbing the one surface of the contacting member 22 with the surface 68a of the magnet 68, the engaging piece 75 is made as being engaged with the other surface.
