PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a centrifugal fan with high exhaust efficiency which can suppress air loss without lowering static pressure; and also to provide the impeller of the centrifugal fan. SOLUTION: In this impeller 10 of the centrifugal fan, the inner wall surface 13 of a shroud 11 is curved from the contact position 13a thereof with the innermost edge 17a of a vane 17 radially inward in the direction apart from a hub 15, and the inner wall surface 16 of the hub 15 is curved from the contact position 16a thereof with the innermost edge 17a of the vane 17 radially inward in the direction toward the shroud 11.
