PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a concealed sprinkler head cover and a sprinkler head, capable of preventing transfer and loss of a low-melting-point alloy piece before joining a cover plate and capable of increasing the joint strength of the low-melting-point alloy after joining the cover plate. SOLUTION: A joint part 8 to the cover plate 1 is disposed in a leg 7 of a retainer 2, and a wall 9 rising in the direction of separating from the cover plate 1 is disposed in the joint part 8. The wall 9 can prevent the low-melting-point alloy piece from being loosened or lost. The low-melting-point alloy 3 has a skirt-shaped joint part 13 formed to be attached while rising along the height direction of the wall 9 not only from the bottom 8a of the joint part 8 but from the cover plate 1 side to three-dimensionally join the cover plate 1 to the wall 9, and the joint strength can be increased thereby.
