The embodiments of the present invention disclose a method, an apparatus and a system for locating a wireless network problem, and specifically comprise: when a user equipment (UE) experiences a wireless network problem when reestablishing or establishing a Radio Resource Control (RRC) connection, or after said RRC connection is established, the cell which establishes said RRC connection with said UE receives wireless network problem information transmitted by said UE, and forwards said problem information to a server end or the cell experiencing the wireless network problem. This allows the network side to automatically identify and locate the wireless network problem the UE is experiencing, which allows the network to adjust and optimize itself, and thereby improve its performance and meet user needs.
