<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information control apparatus, etc. for an electric vehicle to effectively use the charging time of a battery. <P>SOLUTION: An electric vehicle V includes an in-vehicle battery 1 that is charged with electric power supplied from a power supply provided at the outside of the vehicle. The electric vehicle V includes: a lock operation detecting unit 11 for detecting a lock operation of a door lock mechanism 7 of the vehicle, a remaining power detecting unit 12 for detecting a remaining amount of power of the battery 1, and a notification control unit 13 that, when the remaining power is small when the door lock mechanism 7 is locked based on the detection results of the lock operation detecting unit 11 and the remaining power detecting unit 12, externally transmits information for recommending charging of the battery 1 by controlling a predetermined notification apparatus. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
