<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inkjet print head of driving efficiency excellent compared with a driving voltage, capable of forming easily a piezoelectric actuator having a uniform shape, and a manufacturing method for the inkjet print head. <P>SOLUTION: This inkjet print head 100 includes a pressure chamber 50 for storing ink in order to deliver flow-in ink to a nozzle 45, a piezoelectric actuator storage part 20 formed recessed-groove-likely along a direction of the pressure chamber 50 on an outer face corresponding to the pressure chamber 50, and the piezoelectric actuator 200 filled and solidified with a viscus piezoelectric liquid in the piezoelectric actuator storage part 20, and for providing an ink delivery driving force to the pressure chamber 50. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
