<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a column for chromatography with significantly improving resolution. <P>SOLUTION: The column 13 for chromatography includes a channel 12, that has a pair of sidewalls 23 and a bottom wall and makes a mobile phase flow in the inside; and a plurality of columnar units 31, 32 disposed regularly each with a prescribed interval. Here, outer faces of the respective columnar units 31, 32 include curve surfaces. The sidewalls 23 partially include the curved surface along the outer face of the columnar unit 31. In this case, the shortest distance between the columnar units 31, 32 provided closet to the sidewalls 23 and the sidewalls 23 is identical to the shortest distance between the columnar units 31, 32, in the flowing direction of the mobile phase. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
