PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To delete the blank parts of a slip which is caused by the conveyance of the slip after printing completion, without conducting back feeding. SOLUTION: A clocking part 306 clocks the time elapsed from time when a printing part 303 conducts final printing. A conveying part 308 conveys to pass a slip sheet in the order of the printing part 303, a cutting part 305, and an outlet 304, when the printing part 303 conducts printing, or when the time elapsed at which the clocking part 306 clocks exceeds a predetermined stand-by time.
