PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a piezoelectric module capable of preventing the contamination of a case body even if a conductor is formed on the outer surface of a piezoelectric body. SOLUTION: The piezoelectric module includes the polarized piezoelectric body (12); at least two electrodes (12a, 12a) formed on the outer surface of the piezoelectric body; the case body (14) storing the piezoelectric body and having an opening (14b) exposing the outer surface of a part of the piezoelectric body in a stored state; the conductor (24) composed of a conductor, formed along the outer surface exposed through the opening, and connecting the electrodes to each other to give a resistance value between the electrodes; and a retreat part (30) continued to the opening and avoiding contact with the conductor formed on the exposed outer surface.
