PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibration control cable capable of reducing not only vibration but also a wind load. SOLUTION: The vibration control cable 1 includes: a cable body 2 including a core material 5 formed by bundling a plurality of steel wires 4, and a coated layer 6 formed outside the circumferential side of the core material 5; and a helical protrusion 3 formed on the outer circumferential surface 7 of the coated layer 6 and helically extending around the core material 5. A distance P at which the helical protrusion 3 advances in an axial direction of the core material 5 when making one round around the outer circumferential surface 7 is set within a range between two to ten times the outer diameter D of the cable body 2.
