摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data processing method for reducing the effect of air bubbles/dust while keeping a change in the intensity of radiation.

SOLUTION: Two scattered light receptors are arranged in a front direction and a light receptor 33a on a side near to an optical axis is set as a main angle light receptor while a light receptor 33b on a side remote from the optical axis is set as a sub-angle light receptor. Noise is estimated from the reaction process data of the sub-angle light receptor to subtract the estimated noise from the reaction process data of the main angle light receptor, thereby reducing the noise.
