AUTOMATIC BREAD MAKER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic bread maker capable of making bread from cereal kernels, and capable of suppressing the rise of temperature of raw materials of the bread in crushing cereal kernels.

SOLUTION: The automatic bread maker 1 includes: a bread case (not indicated) into which bread raw materials are loaded; a baking chamber 30 in which the bread case is housed; a kneading blade (not indicated) for kneading the bread raw materials within the bread case into dough; a crushing blade (not indicated) for crushing cereal kernels loaded into the bread case as part of the bread raw materials; a first motor 50 disposed to rotate the kneading blade at low speed; a second motor 60 disposed to rotate the crushing blade at high speed; and a duct 16 and a fan 17 for forming the air stream for cooling the baking chamber 30 by using vent holes 32 and 33 disposed in the baking chamber 30.
