PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inexpensively achieve a track circuit device allowing finely setting of time elements with excellent noise resistance. SOLUTION: A signal generation circuit 71 generates a train detection signal A by continuously repeatedly performing frequency modulation of carrier waves by transmission frame data 72 making a bit string consisting of a plurality of bits as a unit frame. A frame detection circuit 82 generates reception frame data E by extracting a plurality of bits from the bit string reproduced by frequency demodulation from a reception signal of a train detection signal A at a frame reproduction period shorter than transmission/reception time of the unit frame. Reception frame processing circuits 63 to 67 discriminate validity of the reception frame data E at a frame decision period shorter than the transmission/reception time of the unit frame.
