PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a peptide composition effectively inducing oral immunological tolerance, and to provide a method for preparing the composition. SOLUTION: The peptide composition effectively inducing the oral immunological tolerance is prepared by subjecting casein of a protein originated from milk to enzymolysis in a condition in which the reactivity of B cell is eliminated or reduced, and a peptide having T-cell reactivity is obtained.
