PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the troublesome outward projection of an upper columnar body and a lower columnar body. SOLUTION: A lower frame body 1 connected to a lower erection piece E1 is screwed with a lower bolt body 5 at one end 11, and screwed with the lower screw part 32 of a drive bolt body 3 at the other end 12. An upper frame body 2 connected to an upper erection piece E2 is screwed with an upper bolt body 6 at one end 21, and screwed with the upper screw part 33 of the drive bolt 3 at the other end 22. The thread formation direction of the lower screw part 32 and the thread formation direction of the upper screw part 33 are set in the same direction. A difference in screw pitch is provided between the screw pitch of the lower screw part 32 and the screw pitch of the upper screw part 33. The surface of the other end 12 of the lower frame body 1 brought into contact with the lower erection piece E1 and the surface of the other end 22 of the upper frame body 2 brought into contact with the upper erection piece E2 form projecting curved surfaces 12a, 22a, respectively.
