The system (1) has a connection flange (5) attached to an upper-sided container opening of a container (2a) of a heating oil-container battery. An extension unit (4') is connected to a local extraction line (8) i.e. flexible extraction hose, and includes the connection flange that is attached to an upper-sided container opening of containers (2b, 2c). The base unit and extension unit comprise the local extraction line attached to containers (2a-2c) and a return valve that is arranged between the local line and a central line (3).
