The arrangement (1) has a pivot pin (2) movable with respect to a receiving support unit, where the pivot pin is partially surrounded by a circumferential bellow-shaped sealing collar. The sealing collar is covered outside by a separate protective cover (11), which is in the shape of the sealing collar, where the protective cover forms a pierce protection. The protective cover is elastic, and is formed of metallic material i.e. stainless steel. The protective cover comprises a steel fabric of interconnected rings, where the thickness of the protective cover ranges between 1 to 3 millimeters. An independent claim is also included for a motor vehicle comprising a joint and bearing arrangement.
