Adhesive pieces (22a, 22b) are provided on the left and right front abdominal parts (2a, 2b) for connecting the central front abdominal part (2c) and the left and right front abdominal parts (2a, 2b). The adhesive pieces (22a, 22b) are provided on the interior side of the front abdominal section (2), and the breaking line parts (17a, 17b) are exposed to the outside. |
