<p>The machine has a milk module (10) for producing foamed milk, and a cleaning device (38) for cleaning all milk conducting components (12, 18, 30, 35, 36) of the milk module, where a cleaning agent is conducted through the components during a cleaning operation of the cleaning device. The cleaning device has a cleaning agent reservoir (40) from which the cleaning agent is automatically released during the cleaning operation. A hot water- and/or vapor generator (28) are directly or indirectly connected with the components in a fluid conductive manner through an intermediate container (42). The components are a foaming device, a milk line, a milk pump, a milk container attachment and a check valve. An independent claim is also included for a method for cleaning a coffee machine.</p> |
