The carrier has a carrying frame (163) for carrying loads, where the frame comprises carrying profiles (161), which crosswise run along a direction of a transverse axis and are interconnected by a cross beam (162) oriented in the direction of the transverse axis. A support (23) supports load between a supporting position (T) and a non-usage position, and is movably mounted at the frame. A control device (166b) guides the support in dipping movement under the beam such that the support is arranged within the beam in the non-usage position and projects before the beam in the supporting position.
