An electrical household appliance comprising:
-a working compartment (2) for product treatment;
-a door (3) giving access to the compartment (2), the door (3) comprising a perimeter edge (30) and a warning light (35); the door (3) being movable at least between an open position where it allows access to the working compartment (2) and a closed position where it prevents access to the working compartment (2);
-a deformable light guide (4) applied to the edge of the door and extending along a line of extension (40) between an inlet of it (41) directed towards a luminous signal emittable by the warning light (35) and an outlet of it (42) directed towards a reference plane (34) which fronts the door (3) in the closed position.
