摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize efficiently recycling of respective material wires by decomposing and separating into a core wire and a wire by using a compact and light weight device with respect to a concentric stranded wire such as optical fiber compound overhead ground wire cables in which a wire is wound around a core wire. <P>SOLUTION: A first rotor 10 is installed in the front and a second rotor 20 is installed in the rear, and a stationery winding mechanism 30 which is axially supported by these is installed in the middle. The core wire X of the concentric stranded wire is passed through the center of the first rotor 10 and is wound on a core wire winding drum 33 of the winding mechanism 30 and the wire Y is passed through a guide pipe 4 fitted at the surrounding of the both rotors and is converged at the rear of the second rotor 20.
