The carrier has bearing assembly (30) situated on a pivot bearing (31) for rotating an extension part (25) in first degree of freedom representing primary axis of rotation. Another bearing (33) is provided for moving another extension part, whose movement is different from former degree of freedom and is relative to a base support or load attachment (12).
