Clamp or gripper

The clamp or gripper has an actuator (18) axially movable along a middle longitudinal axis and cooperating with jaws over a gearbox, where the jaws are movable in a plane that runs perpendicular to the longitudinal axis. A rotatably supported rotating body (26) has a central internal thread (28) cooperating with an external thread (24) of the actuator, where the rotating body is rotatably coupled with a manual or machine rotatable actuating body (34) i.e. rotating pin, in an area of an external circumference. The actuating body is rotatably arranged in a bearing sleeve.
