The apparatus (100) has a ventilator (7) i.e. centrifugal fan, directing the air from an air supply unit (3) toward an air evacuation unit (10). Multiple conditioning equipments are placed on an air path between the supply unit and the evacuation unit. The equipment is provided with a heat exchanger (5) and a filter e.g. particulate filter (9) and chemical or physico-chemical type additional filter (8). An air diffusion unit (12) is dimensioned so as to transform laminar flow of an air stream into turbulent flow of the air stream. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a method for controlling an air conditioning apparatus (2) a structure, comprising a conditioning apparatus.
