The present invention relates to a motor cooling device, which dissipates the heat generated from a stator of a motor through a structure that enables cold water to circulate therein by mounting a spiral coil pipe inside a housing encompassing the stator of the motor, and prevents cracking and corrosion due to a thermal expansion difference during the casting process of the housing using melted aluminum by coating the surface of the coil pipe with ceramic having better heat-resistance and heat-conductivity. To this end, the present invention relates to a cooling device for dissipating heat from a stator by forming a cooling water passage inside a housing encompassing the stator of a motor, the cooling device which is provided with a spirally wound coil pipe mounted during the casting of the housing to provide an entrance and an exit for the circulating cooling water, wherein the coil pipe is provided with a ceramic coating layer for preventing cracking and surface corrosion due to temperature difference during the housing casting process. |
